Our live-in care services provide you or your loved one with continuous, around-the-clock support, ensuring every need is met promptly and efficiently. This constant availability of care means that assistance is always on hand, whether it’s help with morning routines, medication reminders, or unexpected situations during the night. The presence of a dedicated care worker means you are never alone, and there is always someone to offer companionship and reassurance.
This 24-hour support system allows for a flexible and responsive approach to care. Unlike hourly visits, live- in care adapts to your unique schedule and preferences, allowing you to maintain your daily routines and independence. The peace of mind that comes with knowing help is always available can significantly reduce stress and anxiety for you and your family, creating a safer and more comfortable living environment.
LIvE IN CARE SERVICES
There is No Rush
With live-in care, unlike hourly visits, there is no rush—every task is done at a time you choose. Your care worker can support you with preparing breakfast, personal care, taking your prescribed medication, and making your lunch and evening meal. And because your live-in care worker is not watching the clock, your meals don’t have to be those dreaded microwave meals either. They have all day to prepare a good, homemade, hearty, and healthy meal from scratch. Your live-in care worker can help with any toileting requirements throughout the day and handle domestic tasks around the home, saving the cost of a cleaner. They will also ensure you are put to bed safely at night. All we ask is that your home has a spare bedroom and that your care worker has a 2-3 hour rest break each day.

Testimonials
What Our Service Users & Support Workers Are Saying
Thank you very much for your tremendous support over the past month since Mum's hospital admission.
Michelle not only dealt very competently with things on the day of the emergency but has been superlative in the time since Mum was discharged, adapting to the new circumstances at home, suggesting improvements and adaptations, and helping me become empowered to be a better carer (e.g. demonstrating a good way of providing a wash when I asked for help), and generally being cheerful and kind with Mum in a way which is really lovely to see. Vanessa has also been superb, stepping into the breach to get things sorted out and remaining warm and compassionate throughout. I love that they have both been instrumental in suggesting the inflatable hair-washing basin and making sure Mum gets a hair wash. Michelle suggested improvements to the layout of the room and the positioning of the bed. They have also suggested skin care creams and helped me prepare for conversations with professionals. I have found the support via the other care agency less than what we would have wished, and it has made me feel quite anxious. It has therefore been an absolute blessing to have Michelle and Vanessa around as an extra pair of eyes on Mum and a reassuring presence at a challenging time. I am personally so grateful to them both, and I hope you will be able to recognise their excellent service.
