I love working in the community and I love helping others. I feel complete job satisfaction at the end of my working day knowing lv made someone smile. We all go the extra mile and we make a great team. Care with Dignity isn't just my job, Care with Dignity is my family. We treat our Service users like they are family too. We take them a Christmas dinner if they are alone, we put on a Christmas party and management recognise staff who go above and beyond with carer of the month and carer of the year awards and bonus schemes. This company has kept everyone safe during the pandemic with additional control measures in place. It's a safe and happy place to work and I would highly recommend this company.

I have worked with CWDP for 71/2 years, they are like my second family! I have worked within two roles at CWDP and the manager is always ensuring we have room to grow and progress in our roles. We have continuous training to ensure we are always up to date with everything. And all the staff rally round to help each other when needed.
