We are seeking an outstanding individual to assist the Managing Director to manage a small but busy domiciliary care agency. The position is part office-based and part community-based, setting high standards of care while working with Service users and the team. A level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is required for a senior position at Care with Dignity, with the opportunity to undertake a funded level 5 qualification.

We have full-time, part-time and evening, and weekend roles available to fit around family commitments. You’ll be able to make a difference in the community supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes in Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, and surrounding areas. If you are reliable, compassionate, and have a natural ability to care, Care with Dignity wants to hear from you! No previous care experience required – full training provided!

We have positions for live in care workers throughout South Oxfordshire where you can provide 1-1 care at a pace that suits the individual. Providing companionship and promoting independence in the comfort of their own homes is an alternative to 24 hour residential care, enabling a good quality of life surrounded by memories and loved ones. No experience necessary as full training provided.
